As local administration, we are concerned about the difficulties of changing the administrative procedures like procurements. A strong network between small municipalities is essential, not only to share needs and common challenges, but also to collaborate with resources and knowledge, which is fundamental to face the compromise of public service to the inhabitants we represent”.
