• The importance of the quadruple helix of knowledge in order to develop solutions for the society has to bring value. PROMINENT MED has been an example of real collaboration in the joint definition and execution of tasks. The challenge of buying “the newest, the best, the cheapest” is in the skin of research organisations, and its transference to municipalities in terms of mechanisms is of relevance.
• The focus is to develop specific criteria and robust resources and assessment procedures in order to ensure high quality results with transparency, objectivity and competitiveness.
• The PROMINENT MED consortium develops transfer activities to incorporate relevant stakeholders in the MED PPI FORUM, as well as Transferability protocols, focused both on administration and companies.
